Lisa A. Greenlee is an author of fiction, reflective poetry, and children’s stories, as well as guides for personal growth and geriatric education. An artist, she paints portraits, landscapes, and florals in oils and watercolor.
Lisa is a nurse with nearly 30 years of experience, providing advocacy and care management to our geriatric population.
She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, cognitive health program consultant, and personal growth mentor.
She is the founder of Benchmark Nursing Solutions, a geriatric care management company, and WrenPen, an independent publishing and consulting firm.
Lisa developed SPARK©, a neurocognitive model of care, designed to support families and caregivers of those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The companion book, SPARK© A Compassionate and Informative Guide to Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care for Families and Caregivers, is available on Amazon.

Lisa started writing as she edged gingerly into midlife.
And while she stands with her feet planted firmly on the ground, her head is typically in the clouds, daydreaming and concocting fanciful little anecdotes of life and love.
Lisa believes kindness is the best human quality, and speaks her truths through love and compassion.
She believes happiness is paramount in life, and it's happening all around us, even in the smallest corners of the darkest days.
She believes all the little moments of happiness add up to a multitude of blessings, so she treasures the little things in life.
Lisa is a consummate daydreamer with a love of good food, travel, and adventure, collecting life's little treasures along the way.
Dillydallying and tinkering about are particularly appealing to her as they often lead to what she refers to as "treasured moments of accidental happiness".
Lisa is devoted to her beloved family and friends and currently resides in a small town in Ohio.
